A 50% deposit will be required when making a holiday booking, which is non refundable in the event of cancellations. However, if the space is able to be filled with another regular boarder, I will of course honor a refund of the deposit.

The remaining balance is required on or before arrival of the dog on the first day of the booking.

All Daxie's looking to come for Day Care or Home Boarding will need to partake in our Trial Process/Assessment. So make sure you include enough time in your plans to incorporate this (See About your Stay for more information on this) 

Daycare - if you require a regular day for your sausage this must be booked/Paid for 1 month in advance and it will be expected that this day will be your sausages, ongoing. 1 Month notice is required should you wish to withdraw from these bookings. If you are going on Holiday then at least 1 month notice is also required without forfeiting your fee.

If Day care is Ad-hoc then this is on a first come first served basis and cannot be guaranteed as regular Daycare Customers or Boarders will be allocated first.
