A 50% deposit will be required when making a booking, which is non refundable in the event of cancellations. However, if the space is able to be filled with another regular boarder, I will of course honor a refund of the deposit.

The remaining balance is required on or before arrival of the dog on the first day of the booking.

All Daxie's looking to come for Day Care or Home Boarding will need to partake in our Trial Process/Assessment. So make sure you include enough time in your plans to incorporate this (See About your Stay for more information on this) 

**   Bookings for Services to be carried out on a public holiday shall be charged at 1.5 x the standard rate (time and a half), and Services booked to be carried out on ‘special days’ (where available) are charged at 2 x the standard rate (double time).  ‘Special Days’ shall be defined as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Years’ Day.

**Prices will be reviewed annually from the 1 April. I will honour any pre-booked dates for prices at time of booking.
